Jack Horner is a theatrical director and creative professional with a strong record of work across international productions. known for his strong leadership, dynamic vision, meticulous storytelling, and ability to bring productions to life with authenticity and innovation. With over 20 years of experience across theatre, film, and live entertainment, he has worked on some of the world’s most iconic productions, guiding performers and creative teams to deliver compelling and high-caliber performances.
Jack’s creative contributions include Moulin Rouge! at the Piccadilly Theatre, MJ the Musical at the Prince Edward Theatre, Disney’s Frozen across Europe, Antony & Cleopatra at Shakespeare’s Globe, Beauty & the Beast at the Palladium, Wendy & Peter Pan at the RSC, and the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil. He has also directed and choreographed for high-profile commercial projects, including Sky Sports’ The Greatest Show.
Drawing on extensive experience in narrative storytelling, movement direction, aerial and acrobatic staging, puppetry, stage combat, and illusion design, Jack brings a highly visual and physical approach to storytelling. His expertise in maintaining the integrity of the vision while supporting performers to achieve their best work makes him an invaluable leader in any creative process. His ability to seamlessly merge technical precision with emotional depth ensures that every production he guides is both visually stunning and deeply resonant.

CONSULTANT & Teacher
Jack has worked as a circus consultant for over 10 years. His experience in the circus arts allows him to work as a technical consultant in aerial and acrobatic performance.
As an Aerial Director he has consulted on Wendy & Peter Pan at the Royal Shakespeare Company, Antony & Cleopatra at Shakespeare’s Globe and the Three Musketeers at the rose Theatre Kingston. As an Acrobatic Choreographer he has consulted on the Wizard of Oz at the Palladium and Mamma Mia at the Novello Theatre.
Jack teaches and regularly with the National Centre for Circus Arts. He recently taught Rita Ora for a Moulin Rouge event, in which she swung on a trapeze.

DIRECTor & Choreographer
Jack’s creative abilities allow him to be an Artistic Director, Choreographer & Creative Director. He works in Events, Theatre, Commercial, Film & TV.
Jack recently worked on the Sky Sports ad (airing July 23) as the Creative Movement Director. Working with many top athletes alongside the amazing production team at Rattling Stick.
Jack is currently the European associate physical movement director for Disney Theatrical. Before this was he worked in Artistic Direction for Cirque du Soleil’s Luzia. Previous to this he was creating a musical adaptation of Dr Seuss’ The Cat in the Hat as Associate Director for Leicester’s Curve Theatre.
As a Creative Director, in 2016 he directed the grand opening of Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year 2016 in Miami.
As an Artistic Director he wrote and directed the National Youth Circus show 'A Sweet Heist' - which was voted 'Best Direction' in the Widow Stantons Best of 2015. In 2016 he return to direct the sell-out National Youth Circus show 'Out Foxed'.

With a passion for excellence in the Circus Arts and over a decade as a performer, Jack has a wealth of experience.
His skills have taken him all over the world where he has performed in a diverse range of productions, from London’s West End in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ‘Love Never Dies’, to touring Europe as an Aerialist with pop star Mika and playing the lead role in Disney’s ‘Jetix Live’.
Jack has earned a strong reputation and has worked alongside a host of talented commercial & event companies, industry producers and theatrical directors.
He has a keen eye for detail, an adept knowledge of movement and the ability to adapt to wide variety of genres.
